Services

I strongly believe that you have the right to be fully educated about your choices during labor and delivery. I provide doula support to moms and their partners on the south coast of Massachusetts and on Nantucket. For rates, please contact me. I am flexible, adjustable, and feel that every woman who wants a doula should have one.

Pre-natal:

• One or two pre-natal visits
• Creating a birth plan
• Unlimited 24 hour phone consultation

• Continual support from the beginning of labor until you and your baby are happy and healthy.
• Including: Instruction on non-clinical pain relief and comfort methods
• If logistically feasible, I can also take pictures of your labor, birth and recovery.

• Assistance with establishing feeding
  (breast and bottle)
• Advice and help to the family as they adjust to the new baby
• Postpartum visit scheduled one week to one month after the birth
• If desired, I provide post-partum doula support for you and your infant This usually includes performing some basic home-help tasks for a few days after your baby is born, and is usually a separate fee from the birth fee.
